I recently went to a restaurant in Stockholm called Magnolia, located at Södermalm. It was a friend of mine, Sofia (who is also a part of @veganstudenter) who made the suggestion. We had their lunch; I chose the vegan bao buns (one with portobello, sriracha, soy, suger peas, spring onion and coriander, the other with fried tofu, coconut sauce, pickled cucumber, spring onion and coriander) and Sofia went for their bowl with fried tofu, coconut sauce, rice, black/red/green seaweed, lotus root, sesame seeds, chili, ginger, pickled beets, red cabbage and radishes. I was very happy with my choice, but Sofia thought that her bowl was not filling enough. I would probably pick the bao buns again if I were to come back here.
