Green Hummus with Pomegranate (Vegan/Plantbased)
Hummus is always nice, right? Or at least when it is smooth (here is a guide to how I make my hummus smooth at home) and eaten with a nice bread! I usually make hummus by mixing chickpeas, tahini, cumin, lemon juice, and garlic. In this one I added a lot of parsley, hence the nice green colour. I also served it with pomegranate seeds, which added some extra sweetness to it.
