Chocolate Muffins with Melted Chocolate (Vegan Version Included)



Soak the chia seeds, as previously mentioned. Mix all the ingredients together. When they are poured into muffin forms, put a small piece of the dark chocolate in every form; when they later on are baked in the oven it will melt. I put them in the oven on 175 degrees Celsius for around 8-12 minutes.


100 grams of butter (vegan: vegan butter)

1 dl milk (vegan: plantbased milk)

2 eggs (vegan: 1 tsp chia seeds and 1,5 dl water, soaked until they become more of a pudding)

6 tbsp cacao powder

Pinch of vanilla powder

1 tsp baking powder

3 dl wheat flower

1, 5 dl sugar
