CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING WITH RASPBERRIES

1,5-2 dl plant based milk

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tsp cocoa powder

1 tsp agave

Pinch of vanilla


This is probably my new favourite breakfast, to be honest. Not only is it healthy and filling, but it is also very easy to make. I just mix everything together in a small bowl the night before, let it sit in the fridge for about 15 minutes before I mix it a little bit more. Then it is good to go the next morning and you can add the topping of your choice. Perfect for bringing with you on the train/bus in the morning!
