CARDAMOM OATMEAL WITH RASINS AND ALMONDS
I probably do not need to mention how healthy oatmeal is. As a breakfast, it is perfect; it takes very little time to make, one can prepare it in advance and it is filling and makes for a very good start of the day. I made this sweet and nice oatmeal by boiling the oats with water, cardamom, salt, raisins and almonds until it turns into a good consistency. I topped it off with what I had at home; chia and hemp seeds, which also happen to contain good and healthy fats.
